* An amendment to the solicitation was posted 18 September 2025, with a new response date of 22 September 2025 at 2PM PST. A copy of the Amendment can be found in the attachment section. The purpose of this amendment was to update the NAICS code to 332420 - METAL TANK MANUFACTURING, and update the size standard to reflect this new NAICS code. Offerors are required to resubmit or reaffirm their quote to be considered for award.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
Solicitation W9127N25QA088 is for the purchase of one hundred (100) new accumulators to replace the current deteriorating accumulators on the Submerged Traveling Screens (STS) at John Day Dam and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05.
This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code: 423830 - Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers with a size standard of 100 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
