- The University of Texas at Austin Planning, Design & Construction Services requests bids to perform demo, landscape restoration, irrigation repair, and road repair at the Johnson Wildflower Center at 4801 La Crosse Ave, Austin consisting of:· Demolition and removal of four steel greenhouse frames: each structure is approximately 245- long x 30- wide. After the greenhouse frames are demolished and removed, the ground must be cleared of decomposed granite and pavers. New mulch must be added to prevent erosion and weed growth.· Removal of the existing irrigation systems around the greenhouse structures with the exception of two lines. The remaining two lines must be repaired in order to supply four new stubs.· Paving of road approximately 730- long by 10- wide, with decomposed granite over compacted road base
