This solicitation is for exterior improvements to Facility 703. The scope of work includes selective roof repair, replacement of all downspouts and gutters, and exterior masonry repairs to include pointing and pre-cast concrete panel repairs. Windows at the basement level will be replaced. Exterior site work includes selective demolition of the existing landscaping, creating a new muster pad adjacent the main entrance walks, new basement subgrade waterproofing with perimeter foundation drainage, storm drainage to capture the new downspouts, and a new fire service waterline to serve the facility. New ancillary concrete stoops and landings shall be constructed at the new egress points from the renovated facility.
The magnitude of construction project: estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 (See Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(f)).
The Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held on 29 July 2025 at 10:00am ET. Location: 130 Andrews Street, Langley AFB, VA 23665
