The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Extend the response due date to 21 April 2025 at 10:00 AM CST.2. Incorporate the following IAW the below Class Deviations:a. CD 2025-O0003 -Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts andb. CD 2025-O0004- Revocation of Executive Order on Sustainability

This is a Request for Proposal to interested Small Business Vendors for Municipal Solid Waste Management (MSWM) Services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TX.
