Description
This is not a request for quote/proposal but a synopsis notice. Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a) Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of OSD/CAPE intends to extend services by issuing a short-term, sole source award to the incumbent, Tyto Government Solutions, Inc., [Cage Code: 7N699, 12901 Worldgate Dr. STE 700, Herndon, VA 20170-6014]. The contractor is currently performing services under GSA FSS contract GS-00F-350CA, task order HQ003420F0353, with services concluding on September 13, 2025 . The anticipated period of performance for the short-term bridge contract is four months, from September 14, 2025, through January 13, 2026.
The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6, Limiting Sources. The requirement is currently being re-competed through a competitive acquisition with an anticipated award date in October 2025.
