P40, Suite E1004Scott AFB, IL 62225SUBJECT: Simplified Acquisition Proposal Request (SAPR), FA445225R0007 Small BusinessSet-Aside, Direct Procurement Method (DPM) Personal Property Shipments FY25.1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services preparedin accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional informationincluded in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are beingrequested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a SAPR for the subject project to beawarded pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13 and the specific requirementsoutlined in this request with attachments. To summarize, Joint Base McGuire Dix-Lakehurst(JBMDL) requires services including packing/unpacking, pickup and delivery of householdgoods/baggage for military and civilian members using the Direct Procurement Method (DPM)for inbound, outbound and local moves located at JBMDL.2. The selection methodology for award will be lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). TheGovernment intends to award a single, firm fixed price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement(BPA) for Area 2 of this requirement. The Area 2 BPA will be 100% set-aside for small businessin accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b).
