INTRODUCTIONThe City of Festus is seeking a firm to provide the following; Construction of concrete sidewalk, steps and handrail in Jokerst Park. The City of Festus intends to award a contract to a firm that will meet our qualification criteria and has successfully performed services on similar projects in the past. The deadline for submitting your proposal is Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. SCOPE OF SERVICESThe proposal shall be according to the following specifications: Excavate, form, pour and finish new concrete sidewalk and steps; approximately 400 square feet (100 linear feet); 4” thick; #4 rebar; 4” rock; bid shall include layout, excavation and backfill; no special finishes. Cure all above work. Furnish and install 100 linear feet of 3 rail step hand rail.
