- Project Description:The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is requesting Quotes from qualified Contractors to remove and replace the gutter and downspout system at the JP Hall Arena Pavilion. The selected Contractor shall furnish and install approximately 540 linear feet of 7-inch commercial-grade gutters and 200 linear feet of 4x5-inch commercial-grade downspouts, including all necessary hardware for a complete and secure installation. All materials must be new, rust-resistant, and capable of handling high-volume water runoff. The Contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements, completing installation in accordance with local codes and manufacturer specifications, and properly removing and disposing of all debris off-site.A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on July 11, 2025 at J.P.
