Hawaii Air National Guard, intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price contract to Science Applications International Incorporation, 12010 SUNSET HILLS RD FL 4 RESTON, VA 20190-5856.
The requirement will be sole sourced to Science Applications International Incorporation to provide updated software licenses for Joint Range Extension (JRE) SN: 1206, 821-200005 and 822-200006.
Scope of Work: The JRE requires annual JREAT Helpdesk license renewals to maintain the security and interoperability of JREAT equipment for PADS mission execution. Performance shall be at the 298ADG, 149 Haley Avenue, Building 310, Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii 96854.
Period of Performance: Period of Performance shall be one (1) base year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years; totaling five years.
Vendor Performance Requirements: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Services, as defined in this PWS.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b)(1) soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 513210 and has a size standard of $47,000,000.00 dollars for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 1000 AM EST, 22 APRIL 2025: emma.a.newbegin.civ@army.mil. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
