Description
This is a sole source notice of intent and is not a request for proposals or quotations. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. DoDEA requires a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) K-12 Art resources platform that includes a comprehensive bank of art-specific curriculum materials and has teacher-specific tools to guide improvement in art education. DoDEA intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract pursuant to FAR 13.501(a), a sole source acquisition under the authority of the special program for commercial supplies or services. Only one responsible entity can meet DoDEA-s requirements, and no other supplies or services will satisfy theagency-s requirements. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The period of performance will consist of a 6 month base.
