THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, bids, or quotes. The Government is not obligated to award a contract based on responses received.

Purpose: This Sources Sought Notice helps the Government identify potential sources for upcoming construction projects and assess the feasibility of using a Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedure (FAR Subpart 36.3).

Project Information: The Government seeks information from qualified and experienced contractors capable of completing projects similar in scope and magnitude to the project descriptions below. Contractors must demonstrate the ability to obtain the necessary aggregate and per-project bonding.

MAGNITUDE OF PROJECTS - Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 and $25,000,000 and $100,000,000

LOCATION - Kadena Air Base and partnering units on Okinawa, Japan, in support of 718th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) and Directorate of Public Works (DPW), U.S. Army Garrison Okinawa.

ANTICIPATED SOLICATION PERIOD(s) - May 2025 to Jul 2025.

NOTE - Anticipated contracts will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful Offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.

This notice is posted in accordance with FAR Part 5.2 and 36.213-2

In accordance with FAR Part 4.1102 and DFARS 204.1103, Procedures, System for Award Management (SAM), contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov.
