Description
Obtain a fully functioning Smart Parcel System to service theneeds of 505 dormitory residents. At a minimum the followingcarriers will need seamless access to deliver parcels and retrieveunclaimed parcels after a prescribed time. United Parcel Service,FedEx, FedEx Express, Amazon, DHL Group and United StatesPostal Service. Ability for Dormitory Staff to register and unregisterresidents as necessary, and to pull reports regardingoccupied locker times, and the persons pending pick-ups (toprevent stagnant packages taking up future space).
In addition to the above, a maintenance contract with directreach back support shall be in place to mitigate outages withinthe system or faulty hardware/software.
Lastly, delivery and installation will be required by the vendoralong with on-site training provided to the UnaccompaniedHousing Staff members of the full system being installed; toinclude software functionality, resident registration, and deregistration,pulling applicable reports and systemlanguage/nomenclature.
