The 409th Contract Support Brigade, Theater Contracting Center (TCC) has a requirement for site improvements at the Kaiserslautern Army Depot (KAD), as described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement.

Site Visit
Vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Vendors interested in attending the site visit must notify the Contracting Officer at thomas.r.guyer.civ@army.mil and Contract Specialist lisa.childs.civ@army.mil by 1700 Central European Summer Time (CEST) on July 28, 2025, to be added to the approved list.
