This Presolicitation notice is prepared IAW FAR 5.204 and 5.207.
(a) Description. Kaiserslautern Installation Support Services (KISS). The program is designed to address 86th Civil Engineer Group (86 CEG) need for a full range of service requirements to include four (4) domains: Facility, Real Property, and Real Property Installed Equipment Total Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Housing Maintenance in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC).
Proposed Solicitation Number: FA561325R0004 Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract 10-year Ordering Period 100% Full & Open(b) All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
