The purpose of this amendment is to:
Post solicitation Questions and Answers. Change the proposal due date on the SF 33 from 22 April 2025 to 6 May 2025 and to issue the following amended documents: Attachment 3 Section L (yellow highlighted areas are amended) Attachment 3 Section M (yellow highlighted areas are amended) Appendix A _ HTRO Self-Scoring Matrix (red font is amended) Appendix B_ Cross Reference Matrix Appendix C _Work Sample Cover Sheet Appendix F _Past Performance Rating Form
PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE:
The 700th Contracting Squadron (700 CONS) and will be hosting a virtual pre-proposal conference. The date for the pre-solicitation conference is 28 April 2025 and will begin at 2:00 PM CET.
Vendors are not required to participate in the pre-proposal conference to submit a proposal, but are highly encouraged to attend. All information given by the government during the pre-proposal conference, is subject to change and is not binding.
Interested vendors need to e-mail both Government Points of Contact listed below by no later than COB 23 April 2025, to receive the Microsoft Teams link for the meeting:
