- The Intent Of This Proposal Is To Identify A Manufacturer Of Large Marquee Type Signage Who Can Further Develop The Owners Schematic Designs (attached) And Then Manufacture, Deliver And Install A Complete And Functional Product To Be Mounted On The Exterior Of The Existing Theater. The Winning Manufacturer Will Be Responsible For Coordinating With The Owner¿s Structural Engineer (saussy Engineering) To Facilitate Design Of The Steel Needed To Support The Marquee. The Owner Is Aware That They Will Likely Need To Provide Their Own Sub-contractor To Install The Supporting Steel, Provide Main Power And Possibly Provide Roofing And Gutters To Accommodate The Marquee. The Manufacturer Will Be Expected To Develop The Owner¿s Schematic Designs And Premanufacture All Other Required Components Including Light Framing, Sheet Metal, Lighting, Video Boards, Rope Leds, Lettering, Painting/powder Coating, Etc To Provide The Desired Complete Product. The Selected Manufacturer Should Specialize In Large, Framed, Lighted And Ornate Marquees And/or Signage. The Manufacturer Will Be Responsible For Having The Marquee Delivered To The Site And Installed Through Coordination With The Owner¿s Own Forces.
