- Description : Vegetation control on the Kawainui Marsh Flood Control Levee. Services are requested for mechanical vegetation control on earthen berm of the Flood Control Levee. The levee is approximately 8,000 feet long. Control may be done with light mowers, lawn mowers, weed trimmers. Heavy machinery - i.e. machines over 1,000 lbs. are not allowed. Multiple line items are included in the bid package; each line item represents a section of the Levee. The final award may include sections to be completed multiple times, based on the total costs.Bidder must be HCE compliant.The price must include all costs associated with the vegetation control, based on the provided specs. Access will be provided to awarded bidder by the Oahu Division of Forestry and Wildlife
