This solicitation is to announce that the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (ALC), Robins AFB, GA, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis for services to perform repairs of the KC-46 GPS ADAP weapon system.
The Pre-solicitation/Synopsis was issued on 29 January 2025, and responses were due on 10 February 2025. The issuance date for the Official Request for Quote (RFQ), FA8539-25-Q-0003, will be 12 February 2025, and will contain the following National Stock Numbers (NSN) and Part Numbers (P/N):

This action will result in the award of a one (1) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
The Government intends to solicit directly to Raytheon Systems Limited (CAGE: K0268) for the services described herein. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). However, an Interested Party may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal(s).
