The 417/424th Supply Chain Management Squadrons (417/424 SCMS), Enterprise Hill Commodity Council (EHCC) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) are developing a strategy to support the overhaul/remanufacture of the KC-46 MLG and NLG 10-year time change interval (TCI). The effort will also require remanufacture of the Depot Level Reparable (DLR) field level subcomponents in support of the KC-46 fleet.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to post draft versions of a Technical Requirements Document (TRD) and NSN list contemplated by the Government for this effort. The government welcomes your feedback on our technical requirements document for the KC-46 Landing Gear PBL program. We are seeking industry insights to improve the program's performance, cost, and/or schedule. We're particularly interested in how the requirements can be better defined or structured to align with industry best practices. Your feedback will be invaluable in delivering optimal results and maximizing value for the KC-46 program. Interested parties who wish to provide comments and/or feedback on these documents are encouraged to reply prior to July 3, 2025.
