- The Kennesaw Downtown Development Authority (kdda) Is Accepting Sealed Requests For Proposals (rfp) For Turnkey Event Management Services Associated With The Kennesaw Drinks At The Depot Festival For 2025. The Kdda Intends For The Selected Firm To Manage All Functions Of The Festival Including: Logistics, Security, Food, Music, Marketing And Ticket Sales. The Kdda Will Separately Manage Sponsorships For The Event. A Full Bid Packet Can Be Obtained From The Kennesaw City Clerk¿s Office, Upon Request To Christie Burgner, Deputy City Clerk, Via Email At Cburgner@kennesaw-ga.gov. Responses Must Be Submitted In A Sealed Envelope, Clearly Marked ¿kdda Drinks At The Depot Rfp¿ On The Outside Of The Sealed Bid Along With The Name Of The Firm And Firm¿s Address, And Received No Later Than 3:00 Pm February 21, 2025 By The City Clerk, City Of Kennesaw, 2529 J.o. Stephenson Avenue, Kennesaw, Georgia 30144, At Which Time The Bids Will Be Publicly Opened. Rfp Responses Received After The Above Date And Time, Or In Any Location Other Than The City Clerk, Will Not Be Considered.
