Description:
With this Invitation for Bid (IFB), Lancaster County is searching to secure bids from qualified contractors to provide cleaning service for the Kershaw Branch Library Department of Lancaster County located at 101 N Hampton Street, Kershaw SC 29067.Services are to be performed twice per week and include cleaning of the Main Library, Meeting Room (including closets), and Breakroom.Key Responsibilities:Nightly (2x/week): Spot clean glass surfaces, empty and disinfect trash receptacles, sanitize high-touch surfaces, clean water fountains, vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and disinfect breakroom sinks and tables.Weekly: Deep clean glass, dust shelving and surfaces (horizontal and vertical), sanitize electronics, and spot clean walls and doors.Monthly: Vacuum and wipe furniture, dust blinds and windowsills, clean baseboards, vents, molding, and ceiling edges.Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and supplies, maintain a clean and safe environment, and follow all applicable safety and building standards.The Library will provide hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper and can liners.
