Description:
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in Kayenta, AZ, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Pitney Bowes Federal Systems, UEI No.: CHTAKEYGS386 for an Equipment - IMI Compliant Postage meter, including SendPro 360 Sending application as required by the General Services Department. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Pitney Bowes Federal Systems, in accordance with RFO 12.201-1, for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement.
This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Pitney Bowes Federal Systems may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Daisha G. Richards, Purchasing Agent at Daisha.Richards@ihs.gov by 12:00am EST on Monday, December 15, 2025.
