Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in Kayenta, AZ, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Steris Corporation UEI No.: UGGQJGGH6846 for an Equipment - Disinfection washer and sanitizer autoclaves as required by the CSR Department. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Steris Corporation in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an replacement of failing equipment.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Steris Corporation may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Daisha RIchards, Purchasing Agent, at Daisha.Richards@ihs.gov by 10:00am EST on Monday, June 23, 2025.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
