NSN 1660-004510739, KIT, OVERHAUL, OXYGEN REGULATOR. The material being procured is part number 19799AF, currently manufactured by MISSION SYSTEMS ORCHARD PARK INC 04577. The required quantity is 41 each, to be shipped to the DLA DISTRIBUTION DEPOT OKLAHOMA, TINKER AFB OK 73145-8000. The required delivery time is 289 days. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination are required. This solicitation is not set aside for small business. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government-s requirement with the commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp on or about July22, 2025. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
Evaluation factors will be ranked in the following order of importance: price, past performance, delivery and small business participation. When combined, price equals past performance, delivery, and small business participation together. The Government intends to conduct negotiations in an effort to obtain the best value possible. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars.
