THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE SERVICE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division - West (HCD-W), intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for KitCheck RFID Medication Management and Tracking System for Mike O-Callaghan Military Medical Center at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), Nevada, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a) Sole Source acquisitions and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source being available to meet the Government-s needs, to:

The pharmacy department has existing equipment and software compatible with Bluesight, Inc. Bluesight, Inc. is the manufacturer and sole supplier of the KitCheck RFID System.
Period of Performance:
1 January 2026 - 31 December 2030 (base + 4 option periods)
Bluesight, Inc. is the only source that can meet the Government-s minimum requirements to provide the requested procurement mentioned above at Nellis AFB.
