The Government-s requirement is to provide Kitchen Deep Cleaning Service that is comprehensive, professional-grade cleaning and sanitation of commercial or institutional kitchen environments. This service is designed to eliminate grease buildup, food residue, and bacteria from critical areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire prevention regulations.
This service includes detailed cleaning of kitchen exhaust hoods, ductwork, filters, cooking appliances, prep surfaces, sinks, walls, ceilings, and floors. It also covers the sanitation of fixtures, equipment exteriors, and trash disposal areas. The cleaning process utilizes EPA-approved, food-safe chemicals and industry-standard equipment to achieve maximum hygiene and fire safety compliance.
The Government will be conducting a site visit on Wednesday July 23 from 0900-1000. If you organization plans to atten, please provide the names of attendees NLT Monday July 21 by 0900 so that gate passes can be processed.
