Description
The purpose of this Bid is to establish a contract with a qualified Bidder capable of providing comprehensive kitchen equipment repair services, installation, and parts supply for State of Iowa Agencies and Political Subdivisions located throughout the state. The successful Bidder shall be able to service a wide range of kitchen equipment makes and models, including but not limited to refrigerators, ice makers, garbage disposals, walk-in coolers, and related commercial food service equipment.The Bidder shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform quality repair and installation services in a timely and professional manner. Parts provided under this contract shall be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or equivalent in quality and compatibility. Services shall be available during standard business hours, with the capability to respond to after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergency service requests when required.This contract is intended to ensure reliable, high-quality service and parts availability for participating agencies and political subdivisions across the State of Iowa.
