Amendment 00002 - The purpose of this amendment is to notify offerors of an additional site visit scheduled for 1 October 2025 @ 1:00 PM CST and extend the quote due date to 13 October 2025 11:00 AM CST.
Amendment 00001 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate an updated PWS, updated solicitation document (with updated line items), Questions & Answers worksheet, and to extend the quote due date to 06 October 2025 11:00 AM CST.
The site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, 1 October 2025 at 1:00 PM CST. The meeting point will be at the Offutt Visitor Center. All questions concerning this site visit shall be sent by 2 October 2025 1:00 PM CST.
“Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.”
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTThe Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform inspection, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance services on kitchen fire suppression systems and kitchen exhaust systems located at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.This includes all tasks necessary to keep these systems operating in a reliable, continuous, and safe manner, adhering to all applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Department of the Air Force (DAF), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and local, state, and federal codes.
SITE VISITThe site visit will be conducted on Thursday, 11 September 2025 at 1:00 PM CST. The meeting point will be at the Offutt Visitor Center.
