Synopsis - Best Value LPTAThis is advance notice that a solicitation will be issued in approximately 15 days. This procurement is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set Aside. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed price construction services contract for Klamath River Canyon Fence Reconstruction Project for the Bureau of Land Management, Lakeview District office, Oregon. The magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The performance period is approximately from May 15, 2025, through November 15, 2025. The NAICS code is 238990 and the small business size standard is $19.0 Million. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The basis of award will utilize the best value continuum -- lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR subpart 15.101-2 to result in an award to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about February 26, 2025. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
