Lee Street, Valdosta, Georgia, Until 10:00 Am, Local Time, On Thursday, April 10th, 2025 For Installation Of +/- 2,450 Lf Of 24¿ Gravity Sewer Including Related Work. The Work Consists Of Clearing And Grubbing Of The Easement Area As Well As Supplemental Work Areas Required By The Contractor, Commissioning Of A Preconstruction As-built Survey Of The Existing Infrastructure To Serve As A Performance Benchmark For New Construction, Establishment And Maintenance Of An Appropriately Sized Bypassing Arrangement To Maintain Sustained Operation Of The Sewer System (without Overflows) During The Work Period, Demolition Of The Existing Gravity Sewer System As Necessary, Installation Of +/- 2,450 Lf Of 24¿ Gravity Sewer Piping, Installation Of Six (6) New 60¿ Dia Precast Concrete Sewer Manholes, Maintenance Of Erosion Control Measures During Construction, Final Stabilization Of All Disturbed Areas With Permanent Grassing, And Commissioning Of A Final As-built Survey Of The Newly Constructed Infrastructure.
