SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
This notice is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) on behalf of the Office of Enterprise Solutions (OES) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract for:
CTP Maintenance and Support for
Kodak Trendsetter
Base Year plus 3 Option Years

The intended contractor is Eastman Kodak Co of Rochester, New York 14650.
The performance of the work required for this Preventive Maintenance program shall include but not be limited to the following support activities:
• Product Application
• Online Support
• Telephone Support
• Onsite Support
• Field Change Orders
• Preventive Maintenance
• Equipment Repair parts
• Maintenance Supplies
• Software upgrades
• Software updates
• Proactive Services
• Media Changes

The Government intends to award a sole source contract utilizing a Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition IAW FAR Subpart 6.302-1(c)(1), “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, Size Standard, $34.0M; PSC Code: DB01—IT and Telecom—High Performance Computing (HPC) Support Services (Labor).
