The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to award a sole source contract to Rockwell Collins, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, IA to procure engineering and technical support services regarding NSA certification of the KOR-9X Link-16 terminal. As the manufacturer of the KOR-9X device, Collins is uniquely qualified to provide this service. The estimated contract value is $3,000,000. This contract award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements (10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1)).
