Discription : Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Generator Maintenance And Repair Services To Kennesaw State University (hereinafter, Ksu) As Further Described In This Erfq. This Solicitation Does Not Commit Ksu To Make An Award And The University Reserves The Right To Accept, Reject Or Cancel This Erfq In Part Or In Its Entirety As Determined To Be In The Best Interest Of The University.
