Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract(s) With A Qualified Supplier(s) Who Will Provide Printing Services (campus-wide) To Kennesaw State University (the State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp. The Awarded Offeror(s) For Campus-wide Printing Services Will Support The University¿s Various Departments And The Broader Campus Community By Ensuring Access To High-quality Print Materials. Offeror Agrees And Understands That This Contract Will Be Utilized By The Campus Community And Its Departments. Printing Requests Will Include, But Not Be Limited To Catalogs, Magazines, Booklets, Annual Reports, Posters, Brochures, Postcards, Mailings, Greeting Cards, Business Cards, Information Cards, Bookmarks, Sticker Sheets, Die Cutting, Perforating, Offset (up To 6-7 Colors), G7 Capable Printing, Digital Printing Up To 12 X 18, Large Format (banners, Signs, Etc)and Any Other Specialty Printing Jobs That May Arise For Campus Needs.
