Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Full Remediation Services To Kennesaw State University (the State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp. The Purpose Of This Solicitation Is To Secure (a) Qualified Supplier(s) Who Will Provide Full Remediation Services To Kennesaw State University (ksu) For Various Types Of Damage Events Across Our Two (2) Campuses In Kennesaw And Marietta. These Events, Some Of Which Will Be Categorized As Emergency Requests Due To The Possible Risk To Students And Campus, May Arise Due To Water, Fire, Smoke, Or Mold, Requiring Mitigation And Rebuilding Services.
