In accordance with FAR 5.201, the Government intends to add the services described below onto the Government's existing sole source RTX Umbrella Contract SPRBL1-25-D-0006. The Government's market research suggests that Raytheon is the sole approved source capable of providing these services.

This synopsis details the intent of the Government to release a sole-source solicitation for Technical Assistance (TA) necessary to support the PATRIOT Weapon System Program activities in Kuwait. The requirement is for TA includes planning, training, maintenance and sustainment support of the Kuwait PATRIOT Weapon Systems, associated PATRIOT equipment, and PATRIOT logistics support elements. The US government does not own the technical data package for this action.
The proposed performance period for this action is two (2) years, from 1 June 2026 - 31 May 2028.
