The VA Readjustment Counseling Service (10RCS) is currently seeking a Vet Center leased space in the City of Gardena. The VA intends to enter into a new lease that shall be acquired in accordance with (IAW) the authority outlined in the General Services Administration Acquisition Manual (GSAM). The VA will take in consideration the cost of moving, alterations, and other factors when determining where to relocate. The VA will require any space being offered to meet the following criteria: A lease for up to 10 years; 5 Years Firm, 180 Day Termination Rights Occupancy is required by December 1, 2025. - Documents:
