This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective 17 January 2025. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference has the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The solicitation W912NR-25-Q-A015 is issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is solicited as Full and Open.
