The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services, with a Product Service Code H146 Quality Control - Water Purification and Sewage Treatment Equipment with a size standard of $19.0 Million.

The US International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) operates a required monitoring program as defined in the National pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit issued to the USIBWC for the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant (SBIWTP) by the San Diego regional office of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (the Board) as order no R9-2021-0001as amended by order no. R9-2023-0009, NPDES no. CA0108928.
The project is located in the Tijuana River and adjacent canyons along the U.S. - Mexico border in San Diego County, California.
The USIBWC seeks laboratory services as defined in the Performance Work Statement. Laboratory Services shall include, but are not limited to, analysis for the parameters listed in Schedule of Services/Supplies as required by the USIBWC.
