Description of the service: This is a non-personal service to perform Laboratory Sampling and Analysis of Potable Water, Wastewater and Unknown Waste and Material at USAG Italy, DMC. The Contractor shall manage and provide all equipment, tools and labor necessary to perform the laboratory sampling and analysis of waters and other waste materials at USAG Italy, DMC Areas, as described in detail on the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS will be posted along with the Solicitation.
Location of the work: The service shall be performed at Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy.
Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows:
Base Year: 26 March 2025 - 25 March 2026Option Year One: 26 March 2026 - 25 March 2027Option Year Two: 26 March 2027 - 25 March 2028Option Year Three: 26 March 2028 - 25 March 2029Option Year Four: 26 March 2029 - 25 March 2030
Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price Type Contract.
Funding: The requirement is not funded.
Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation package together with the description of the service and additional information is anticipated to be posted in about two weeks.
Response date: The response date will be indicated on the Solicitation (RFQ W912PF-25-Q-A018)
Site visit/ pre-quote conference: Pre-Quote Conference. A Pre-Quote Conference is anticipated to be held on 27 January 2025, 10.00 hrs. on Teams.
