AMENDMENT 0001 TO RFQ W912PF25QA018
The purpose of this Amendment is to:- Replace the Performance Work Statement, dated November 2024, with the Performance Work Statement Rev#1, dated February 2025 (Attachment 8).- Add Attachment 9 "DMC Basic Map Darby", Attachment 10 "DMC Basic Map Depot", Attachment 11 "DMC Basic Map ASA", Attachment 12 "DDRT N.8764", Attachment 13 "Allegato A", Attachment 14 "Allegato B" and Attachment 15 "Questions and Answers".- Postpone the due-in date to 28 February 2025, at 12.00 pm.- Specify that the correct certification requested is ISO EN 14001-2015 "Laboratory Services related Sampling and Analysis Requirements", instead of ISO EN 14000, as erroneously typed in the solicitation.
