The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center- Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) has a requirement to procure five (5) perpetual licenses of LabView brand Software. Please reference the attached solicitation document for a full description of the requirement, all applicable provisions and clauses, and the evaluation criteria for offers received in response to this solicitation.
