- Description This project consists of constructing underwater fish habitat rock reefs and extending the existing Mosquito Creek outlet pipe. Habitat construction consists of placing approximately 1,140 tons of class D revetment in the lake by barge in 15-ton piles. Extending the Mosqiuto Creek outlet pipe consists of removing rock from the outlet, sliding in a 40-foot long stick of HPDE pipe, and armoring the shoreline above the pipe. Site restoration is required on all disturbed areas. All work to start after Labor Day.
