- Lancaster County, South Carolina is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors for the Lancaster County Detention Center SC 9 Roadway Widening project. Bidders shall be SCDOT prequalified and shall provide proof of qualification when submitting their bid. Submissions shall be uploaded online prior to the deadline and ONLY to Lancaster County-s OpenGov Portal. Facsimile and Electronic mail (email) forms of Bids will not be accepted. See attached Project Manual for a detailed description of work. The work which the Contractor is required to perform under this Contract shall be commenced on the time stipulated by the Owner in the \"Notice to Proceed\" to the Contractor, and shall be fully completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days thereafter.
