PREMISES: Block 4, Lot 3, consisting of approximately 139,210 square feet of land and 2,350 square feet of land within the existing premises has been converted into auxiliary use for vehicle maintenance for freight vehicles. PROPOSED LEASE RENTAL RATE: The rent for the total Premises is $16,940.20 per year, calculated at the rate of$0.12 per square foot per year ($0.12 x 136,860 square feet = $16,423.20) + $0.22 for 2,350 square feet ($0.22 x 2350 square feet = $517.00).
