The request is for winter cross country travel across Quartz Lake and the Delta River to deliver fuel including propane, unleaded gasoline, and diesel to customers. The maximum amount of fuel transported is 3,200 gallons of propane or 9,000 gallons of gasoline/diesel per truck.
