- Description:
- The City of Cheyenne (City) is seeking bids for Professional Services for compliance monitoring services at their Happy Jack Landfill (Landfill). Services are required for three years (3) plus and additional three-year extension, for a total of six (6) years from award of this contract. The scope of work will include groundwater monitoring, landfill gas monitoring, data analysis, and compliance reporting. The Landfill is located approximately 10 miles west of the City of Cheyenne at 1461 Happy Jack Road. The landfill has been in operation since 1966 and extends over an approximate 350 acres of permitted land owned by the City. The purpose of this contract is to maintain the City in compliance with the Landfill permit design and its required periodic reports to the State of Wyoming.
