Evaluation factors for this requirement are price and technical. Quotes shall be submitted as follows in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Addendum) on page 6 of the solicitation:
1. Price: Quoted prices shall be submitted using the excel price list sheet, Attachment 2. Quoters shall insert unit prices rounded to the nearest cent (for example $0.02not $0.0231). Evaluation of price will consider the total price submitted for work to be performed. Quoters shall also submit page 1 of the SF 1449 solicitation signed and dated by an authorized company representative.
2. Technical: The quoter must submit technical documentation that clearly demonstrates a complete and realistic plan to meet objectives stated in the Statement of Work.
