BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes renovations to the existing 5,000SF building and construction of a new 2 story 9000 SF addition with a basement. The scope also includes improvements to building circulation, updates to building systems (lighting, plumbing and HVAC), and required amenities to support the operation of the historic site. The project will also improve and update the existing building envelope and systems to current standards to improve efficiency and performance. New exhibit, auditorium, restrooms and library space to be designed as well as a small catering kitchen.ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $5,120,000.00.
