- The City of Moreno Valley and the Moreno Valley Community Services District (“City”) are soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for Water Quality Basins Landscaping & Irrigation Maintenance within various City locations, including the City-s landscape maintenance districts and the public right-of-way.This will be a five (5) year contract. Multi-year contracts may be continued each fiscal year only after funding appropriations and program approvals have been granted by the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley and/or the City Council acting in the capacity as President and Members of the Board of Directors of the Moreno Valley Community Services District (“City Council”).
